Return Policy for Barrel Pro Brewing Equipment and Merchandise

Barrel Pro is always happy to replace defective items or refund your money and would like to make returns as easy for you as possible.  If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us at Support@BarrelProBrewing.com.

 

Our return policy depends on the category of goods purchased.   The following information details our policy on (a) Downloaded Information, (b) Apparel and Décor Items, and (C) Brewing Equipment Items.

 

 

Downloaded Information

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded information.  Downloaded information is offered “as is” and is not subject to return or exchange.  If a problem or error occurred during download, Barrel Pro will make the information available via download subject to proof of purchase.

 

 

Apparel and Décor Items

We will gladly accept the return of products for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  There are certain situations where only partial refund or no refund is granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  Please contact us a Support@BarrelProBrewing.com to receive your RMA number.  Barrel Pro’s RMA department will contact you to begin processing your return within 72 business hours.  Do not send merchandise back to Barrel Pro without an RMA number.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Barrel Pro will notify you when a refund is processed.  If you do not receive the refund, first check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@BarrelProBrewing.com.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@BarrelProBrewing.com and we will send instructions on how to send the item back.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Shipping

Shipping directions for returns will be included in the reply email for your return request.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Brewing Equipment Items

Barrel Pro Brewing Equipment is a startup manufacturer and has not yet begun shipping equipment.  Prior to shipping equipment we will update this policy regarding return terms and our warranty policy.
